Refund policy
- Deadline: we accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Non-returnable items: gifts, bras, underwear, and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- Condition of items: products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and linings still attached.
- Try-on instructions: please try on items without makeup, perfume, or beauty products that may leave marks or odors. Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for exchange.
- Underwear requirement: we ask that you please wear underwear when trying on your purchase to ensure that the item remains in a returnable condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot process refunds for sculpting garments that have been worn or used, as these items cannot be restocked. Refunds are not possible, but eligible items can be exchanged.
Exchanges:- The return shipping costs for exchanges on eligible products are the responsibility of the customer.

- Shipping the exchange: after receiving approval, drop off your package at your local post office.
- Tracking information: please provide us with the return tracking number once the item has been shipped.
