CONSUMER MEDIATION

1. PRIOR COMPLAINT TO BESHAP

In the event of a dispute concerning an order, product, delivery, exchange, refund, or more generally the performance of a contract concluded with BESHAP, the consumer is invited to contact our customer service first in order to seek an amicable solution.

To facilitate processing of the request, the consumer is invited to provide:

  • their first and last name;

  • the order number;

  • the email address used for the order;

  • a precise description of the complaint;

  • any document or photograph useful for examining the request.

2. RECOURSE TO CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, after first sending a written complaint to BESHAP and in the absence of a satisfactory solution, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

Subject to the completion of BESHAP's membership in the CM2C scheme, the competent consumer mediator will be:

4. HOW TO CONTACT THE MEDIATOR

The consumer may contact CM2C:

The consumer must, in particular, be able to provide evidence of a prior complaint to BESHAP.

5. COST OF MEDIATION

Recourse to the consumer mediator is free of charge for the consumer under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code.

The mediation fees payable to the mediator are borne by the professional in accordance with the terms of the applicable mediation agreement.

6. ADMISSIBILITY OF THE REQUEST

The mediator verifies the admissibility of the request in accordance with the Consumer Code and its mediation rules.

Referral to the mediator requires, in particular, that a written complaint has first been sent to BESHAP.

7. AMICABLE NATURE OF MEDIATION

Mediation aims to seek an amicable solution between the consumer and BESHAP.

This does not deprive the parties of the right to refer the matter to a competent court under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations.
