HOW TO EXCHANGE?
Please read the exchange conditions before placing your order.
You may exchange your corset if the size is not suitable.
Only corsets can be exchanged!
Corsets on pre-order, in limited editions, or on sale cannot be exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, buttock lifters, bodysuits, and thong bodysuits cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchange requests must be sent to:Ā support@beshap.com
You have 30Ā days to submit an exchange request.
The corset must not have been worn (clean, new, with straight boning).
The tags and original packaging must be kept.
Return and reshipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.
All exchanges must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after the request has been approved.
We may also offer store credit usable on all BESHAP products.
No refunds are possible.
BESHAP reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item appears to have been worn, damaged, dirty, or returned without its original packaging.
