Roll up the Bodyshaper trousers like silk stockings and sit down, legs folded and feet raised towards the thighs.

Make sure the seams are on the inside of the thighs. Pull slowly from bottom to top. It is easier to pull toward the buttocks by turning the feet.

Pull on the upper part of the shaping bodysuit and slip the straps over both arms.
